The National Trust Chester Centre was founded in 1971 to promote and prosper the work of the National Trust.  Today, we have a membership of 300, all being members of the National Trust and living in the Chester area.

Our objectives are:

  • to promote the work of the National Trust
  • to raise funds in support
  • to recruit new members
  • to arrange a program of events and activities
  • to increase members enjoyment of the Trust

The National Trust Chester Centre is an independent organisation and is governed by a constitution common to all the charity’s centres and associations.  A committee of officers manages the Centre and members are elected at our annual general meeting held in April each year.
