      CHESTER

                 CENTRE

 2012

There is a really good programme this year. If you have not yet given it too much thought, now is the time. We have Reminiscences of Liverpool, a talk by Angus Tilston which will be an excellent basis for the coach trip on 21st March.

We have reminiscences of WW2 and just after by Lola Lamour who will remind us of this time in song. Makes a change from a Tea Dance Trio! This could be quite raucous if we all join in!!

The North West Air Ambulance talk should raise a few hairs. They fly out of Manchester City Airport! (I didn’t know there was one!) And out of Blackpool.

Classes as one of the more interesting jobs I would think.

On 16th February there is a coach trip to Manchester, to the John Rylands Library, The Lowry and Ordsall Hall. It includes Morning coffee, luncheon, tea and biscuits, a donation to the Lowry and drivers grat all for £32. How do they do that? What value for money!

And then it is the Annual General Meeting where you have the opportunity to appoint the members of the Committee for another year of servitude, arranging all these wonderful trips and educational talks for you to enjoy.

And make a few pennies for the Trust.                   Update 4th February 2012
